This kit can be mounted without other modifications in conjunction with the original XR 1200 rear section. There is no more need of the original plastic body respectively for the License plate holder. The existing fastening bores will be used on assembly, there are no changes of the rear section or bike frame necessary. The LED back light, contained in the kit, has all marking for approval. A separate registration in the papers is not required.
